Shipping policy

custom orders can take up to 2-3 weeks to ship, due to the custom nature of pieces. we currently ship using USPS standard shipping, and do not offer an expedited shipping option. you will receive tracking as soon as your order ships to the email that was used to place the order. if your address is entered incorrectly, we will only be able to change that BEFORE your order ships. once it is in the hands of USPS, we are no longer able to change or make updates, and are not liable and responsible for lost packages.
